Obligatory Prayers and Dubai Prayer Time   

Fard or obligatory prayers are a must for each Muslim man, woman, or child who is of age (has reached puberty). Anyone who fails to perform the daily prayers may be considered a sinner or non-Muslim, but Allah knows the best.
